About Me
I have a positive, collaborative, and forward moving approach to therapy, that is integrative and evidence based. I have comprehensive training in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which I have expanded to include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. I also have , extensive training in Sex and Couple Therapy, extended to include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and utilizing various research findings, such as those of John Gottman. I have considerable experience in dealing with sexual initiation and sexual desire difficulties.
